
The Retail Excellence Specialist is responsible for the execution of the projects assigned in the Customer Experience area by the Retail Excellence Manager for the perimeter of the Marina Rinaldi direct stores. The core responsibilities also include analysing, designing, implementing and monitoring e-learning training tools for sales personnel. The main objectives of the RES, managing the assigned topics, are :
Operationally implement initiatives aimed at improving the offline Consumer Experience in collaboration with the retail network (Retail Supervisors and Store Managers)
Provide training at the points of sale, identifying training interventions based on established priorities and company requirements, planning and providing this training
Provide the REM with the necessary feedback collected from the network on the execution of projects aimed at improving the in-store consumer experience
1.01 Supports the REM in drawing up the Road Map of the retail initiatives with relative priorities, consistently with the strategies received, taking care to carry out the processes effectively;
1.02 Participates in the planning of the initiatives of interest;
1.03 Acquires the operational project from REM and transforms them into an intervention plan on the retail network;
1.04 Implements the governance and develops the monitoring and reporting tools for the initiatives
1.05 Supports the REM in designing, managing and coordinating the planning of individual retail initiatives, according to the approved Road Map by Management;
1.06 Supports the REM in gathering the requirements for the implementation of new physical/digital tools;
1.07 Supports the REM and HR Corporate in the design and delivery of training contents for sellers and delegated specialist figures;
1.08 In collaboration with the REM, reports to the Phygital Channels Manager/external stakeholders the feedback received for the improvement of retail initiatives
1.09 Collaborates with E-Learning for the digitalisation and accountability of the training contents provided
1.10 Strategically designs new training streams in order to develop constant thinking on innovation linked to learning
1.11 Takes care of the acquisition, processing and production of information/texts/keywords relating to the story, the values, the product in order to structure engaging, effective and useful training formats for the sales staff
1.12 Carries out accountability tests/sales games/learning checklists for verify the level of knowledge and competence in the staff and redefines training formats and contents in line with the evidence found
1.13 Coordinates with REM, Phygital Channels Manager /external stakeholders for the execution of the defined project initiatives on the DOS and reports quantitative-qualitative feedback from the market
1.14 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies and E-Learning (both internal, such as the digital process of E-Learning platforms, and external, such as sector innovations etc.)
