Ready for a career glow-up? As a Retail Events Operations Specialist, you’ll lead the end-to-end operational execution of brand-led store events across Sephora Canada. The work you do will impact beauty by ensuring every event is delivered with consistency, compliance, and excellence—enhancing both client experience and sales outcomes. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end high-volume event intake, review, and approval processes, ensuring timely processing, accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Sephora guidelines and compliance standards
  • Track and validate required event documentation (e.g., assets, approvals, compliance requirements), following up with brand partners to ensure completeness within defined timelines
  • Own brand-facing communication, providing clear, professional correspondence, feedback, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
  • Manage the shared inbox and intake portal, triaging requests, responding to inquiries, and maintaining organized workflows.
  • Execute detailed system updates, including SKU uploads and event-related data entry to support inventory boosting initiatives
  • Maintain accuracy within internal systems, including uploading event titles, images, and assets while upholding data integrity standards
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support event readiness, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution
  • Provide ongoing operational support, identifying gaps, troubleshooting challenges, and contributing to process improvements

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, event coordination, project coordination, or administrative environments
  • Experience working in process-driven environments with a strong focus on execution and accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines—especially during peak periods
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience managing external or brand-facing correspondence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) to support efficient workflows
  • Comfort working within systems and data platforms, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and improving processes
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify issues and take action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with evolving priorities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., brands, vendors)
