We are looking for 3 Retail Environment Specialist Andina

As a Retail Environment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing sustainable business plans and 7P strategies by synthesizing deep knowledge of buyer dynamics and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define growth strategies and 7P frameworks for the Channel/RE to ensure the achievement of sales targets and channel profitability and win the omni shopper to drive RE conversion

  • Develop and manage business investment plans that align with strategic priorities and drive sustainable commercial growth

  • Monitor the end-to-end implementation of commercial plans, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business priorities

  • Analyze Nielsen data, trends, and buyer dynamics to identify market opportunities and optimize decision-making

  • Partner with key stakeholders across Finance, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure all plans are integrated and executable

  • Leverage AI and digital tools to drive simplification and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Area

  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry

  • Intermediate proficiency in English

  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Tools

  • Proficiency in using AI tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Nielsen and Kantar

  • Previous experience leading teams
