For our retail business on the ferry route between Puttgarden (DE) and Rødby (DK), we are looking for you to join us on a permanent basis, either full-time or part-time!

As a Retail Employee, you are a host at heart. You genuinely enjoy engaging with passengers, introducing them to our products, and creating memorable shopping experiences.

In particular, you will

• Ensure accurate and compliant cash handling while processing sales transactions in various currencies in accordance with company cash register policies.
• Maintain an attractive sales floor by merchandising products appropriately and ensuring product availability at all times.
• Support the preparation and execution of stock counts and inventories, contributing to accurate inventory management.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and cancellations in a professional and customer-focused manner, involving your supervisor whenever required.
• Assist in warehouse and stockroom operations, including goods receipt, stock maintenance, and replenishment of the sales floor.
• Provide friendly and competent customer service, creating positive shopping experiences through your service-oriented approach.

Preferred Profile

• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the areas described above and possess a solid understanding of customer-focused retail operations.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are confident communicating in German. Additional language skills in English or a Scandinavian language are considered an advantage and will help you interact with our international customers.
• You are a strong team player with a well-groomed, friendly, and professional appearance.
• Providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction are your top priorities. With your open and approachable manner, you create positive shopping experiences and inspire customers through competent advice.
• You work reliably and conscientiously and are able to stay organized and focused, even in a dynamic environment.
• You are willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
