Come and join us as a Retail District Manager, where you will play a key role in leading Swarovski’s relationship with Liverpool, one of our most important clients in Mexico. In this position, you will be responsible for strengthening the partnership, ensuring strong collaboration, and driving business results across the Liverpool store network within your assigned territory.
You will oversee the managers operating in our Liverpool stores and work closely with ourKey Account Manager (KAM )to align commercial priorities, elevate execution, and identify growth opportunities. This role combines client relationship management, commercial leadership, and operational follow-through to ensure a consistent brand experience and strong sell-out performance.
We are looking for a leader who can build trusted partnerships, influence key stakeholders, support and develop teams in store, and translate business insight into action. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, customer focus, and the ability to balance strategic account management with day-to-day execution excellence.
Achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives of the channel and each point of sale
Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams through training, coaching, regular dialogue, and strong leadership
Optimize resources across the point of sale to drive operational efficiency and business performance
Monitor, analyze, and strengthen POS KPIs to support continuous improvement and decision-making
Ensure the effective implementation and follow-up of operational guidelines, marketing initiatives, and brand and channel strategies
Deliver an excellent customer experience by ensuring seamless and efficient service at the point of sale
About You
We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within an international company
Experience in the retail industry is required
Previous experience working with Liverpool is a strong plus
Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Experience monitoring, analyzing, and managing KPIs to drive business performance
English proficiency is a plus
