Position Title: Distribution Center Operations Lead

Department: Retail Warehouse

Classification: Winter Seasonal, Full-Time

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

GENERAL PURPOSE

Support Retail Department and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort operations by providing prioritized pick-up and delivery services between Jackson town and Teton Village; support all Distribution Center (DC) operations and logistics as needed

Job Duties:

• Assist DC Operations Manager to prioritize and execute all continually shifting and fluctuating daily responsibilities including Retail department tasks and all other department requests as needed
• Assist DC Operations Manager and Processing team to effectively sort, organize and accurately allocate all complete and incomplete incoming deliveries
• Coordinate daily delivery of Retail department merchandise and all other associated DC external logistics including pick up and delivery of department fixturing, merchandising and sales infrastructure, marketing materials, interdepartmental errands and requests, etc.
• Achieve accurate Retail Inventory deliveries and consistent accountability systems for all outgoing non-inventory shipments and deliveries
• Assist in Processing and Fulfillment functions based on operational needed

• Must have a valid driver’s license with no disqualifying restrictions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail and warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification must be completed upon hire
