About the role

As a Retail Department Leader, you will:

  • Let your customer service skills shine by being a solutions expert. Go beyond transactions. Listen actively, understand customer needs, and confidently offer complete solutions that make their experience exceptional.
  • Partner with the store leadership team to energize and motivate your crew. Help unlock their potential and drive performance by connecting daily actions to meaningful customer outcomes.
  • Lead with purpose by mentoring and training your team. Share your knowledge, build their confidence, and guide them to become trusted retail rockstars who deliver real value to every customer.
  • Keep the store looking sharp and well-stocked. Ensure every product is ready and available so customers can find exactly what they need, because the right solution starts with the right presentation.
