Job Description

作为阿斯利康零售核心客户团队的核心客户经理,您将负责管理与维护公司核心零售客户的战略合作关系,推动业务增长,确保销售目标的达成。您需要具备出色的商业敏锐度、客户管理能力和跨部门协作能力,以提升阿斯利康产品在零售渠道的市场份额和品牌影响力。

主要职责:

业务目标达成:

制定并执行客户年度业务计划,确保销售、市场份额、库存周转等关键指标的完成

监测零售市场动态、提供客户洞察与建议,分析销售数据,识别业务机会与风险,及时调整策略

客户关系管理​​:

负责与核心零售客户建立并维护长期战略合作关系

定期拜访客户高层,深入了解客户需求,制定个性化合作方案,推动创新合作模式,提升客户黏性

​​跨部门协作​​:

与市场、医学、运营、数据等团队紧密合作,推动联合战略合作、营销活动、产品推广和项目落地

协调内外部资源,解决客户在销售、创新等方面的需求

​​​合规与风险管理​​:确保所有合作符合公司合规政策及行业法规要求

任职要求​​

教育背景​​:本科及以上学历,医药、市场营销等相关专业优先。 工作经验

5年以上医药零售大客户管理经验

熟悉医药零售行业运作模式、投资逻辑及关键决策流程

能力要求

出色的谈判、沟通及高层客户管理能力

结果导向,能承受高强度工作压力

具备创新意识,能推动客户定制化解决方案落地

数据驱动思维,熟练使用Excel、Power BI等分析工具
