Retail Coordinator Job Description
The Retail Coordinator is a full-time key holder leadership position responsible for assisting in the execution of all Soccer90 retail operations. This role is primarily based at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, TX, with regular responsibilities supporting operations at Texas Health Mansfield Stadium.
This position plays a critical role in coordinating and leading retail operations during FC Dallas, North Texas SC, and third-party events, and requires a strong on-site presence during matches and event days.
The Retail Coordinator assists the Soccer90 Senior Retail Manager in leading, supervising, and carrying out all Soccer90 initiatives across both locations. This position plays a key leadership role in elevating the customer experience, maintaining high operational standards, and developing processes that create a consistent, high-functioning retail environment during both regular store hours and event operations.
This person will help achieve retail sales, customer service, inventory maintenance, merchandising, and financial goals.
