Cancer Council NSW is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Retail Consultant to join our seasonal retail kiosk team at Westfield Chatswood for the busy summer season.

As a Casual Retail Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, creating memorable customer experiences and helping shoppers find the right sun protection products for their needs. You will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, take pride in maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and contribute to achieving sales and operational targets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and product advice
  • Driving sales and achieving individual and team targets
  • Maintaining high visual merchandising standards
  • Processing transactions accurately through our point-of-sale system
  • Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management
  • Keeping the kiosk clean, organised, and inviting
  • Creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for every customer

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with a diverse range of customers
  • A passion for sales and achieving results
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays throughout the season
