Job Description

About the role:

Join our Retail Excellence team as Retail Coach mentoring our Queensland businesses.

As the Retail Coach, you will partner with our Boutique Leaders and Client Advisors community training the art of premium in store experiences and clientelling skills. Lead from the front to mentor and develop teams while ensuring sales and service standards are consistently upheld across the market. Your goal is to create exceptional Tiffany Brand Ambassadors that are knowledgeable about the brand’s heritage, product range and have a strategic approach to client engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our leadership teams to coach our Client Advisors, by monitoring and observing interactions on the sales floor and sharing on the go strengths and areas of development.
  • Coaching performance by partnering with store leaders to identify store opportunities through observation, sales dashboards and NPS scores.
  • Partnering with leadership and HR when reviewing sales and KPI performance of both the store and individual Client Advisors.
  • Deliver training programs on a range of client services, sales techniques, product training and involvement in new starter onboarding.
  • Assess and review the impact of training to further embed concepts learnt at formal training.

Required Qualifications:

  • Monday to Friday but willing to work evenings, weekends and travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Senior leadership experience in results driven, premium customer service businesses.
  • Jewelry and watch industry experience highly regarded.
  • Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Association of Australia (GAA) or GIA course work is preferred.
  • Training and development experience (facilitation skills).
