Oversee the daily operations of the retail kitchen
Develop innovative menu concepts that align with current food trends and guest preferences
Provide strong leadership, mentorship and hands-on training to foster a high-performing, motivated team
Set and uphold exceptional food standards through efficient systems and processes
Assist in managing department budgets, food costs, utilising IT systems to drive efficiency and profitability
Managing performance and labour costs for permanent and casual kitchen staff
Championing on-site food safety and HACCP accreditation
Proven experience managing retail kitchen operations
A strong track record of leading and inspiring diverse culinary teams
Expertise in menu development, stock management, and cost control
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business outcomes
Relevant culinary qualifications
Proficiency in business technology, including stock control systems, spreadsheets, and accounting software
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
