This job is responsible for the delivery of a portion of the overall marketing strategy in the form of a portfolio of small to medium programs, capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include owning or supporting marketing operations including performance, risks and controls, production audits/exams/maintenance, and content management. Job expectations include owning day to day relationships with key business partners, solving moderate to complex business problems and independently driving strategic marketing improvements and solutions.
The Financial Center Marketing Team is responsible for the strategy, creative execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns, branded and operational signage, as well as associate engagement to over 3,500 financial centers across the country. This position is part of a dynamic, cross-functional team inclusive of agencies, vendors, and business partners. Essential functions and responsibilities include leading end to end creative development for financial center campaigns from strategy/brief to fulfilling a host of tactics, including digital and printed customer facing marketing materials. This position will own creative reviews, synthesizing internal stakeholder reviews from business partners/legal/compliance/brand to ensure error free creative and operationally sound delivery to one of the largest retail networks in the US.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of retail marketing experience
Comfortable working in an operationally complex and matrixed organization.
Must be confident partnering with and influencing field leadership, merchandising, operations, and real estate services to understand business objectives. Savvy with budget management, financial acumen, and vendor payments.
Must be able to think big picture for the work, but also own the smaller details, and enjoy managing fast paced, complex, detailed programs end to end in an error free manner and on budget.
Ability to communicate clearly, crisply, and distill complex situations to simple solutions.
Must be comfortable working in a team, partnering and supporting teammates as campaign work is done in pod of teammates and lines are deliberately blurred.
Seeking a candidate with experience working through conflicting priorities and ability to quickly changing and adapt as circumstances evolve.
Must be adept in executive level PowerPoint presentation generation, Excel (complex spreadsheets), and navigating platforms that hold data.
