We’re opening a brand-new Adventure Kings store in Warrnambool and we’re looking for a Retail Business Manager who’s ready to take the wheel from day one and build something special.

This role is for a leader who runs a store like it’s their own business. Someone who gets that big sales come off the back of tight operations, strong people leadership, and sharp commercial thinking.

About the Role

As the Retail Business Manager, you hold full accountability for the success of your store from launch through to long-term growth.

You’ll lead the setup, the team, the culture, and the commercial performance. You’ll make decisions, drive standards, and shape the store into a high-performing business unit from the ground up.
