Job Description
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the retail branch to ensure smooth and efficient service
delivery.
Drive branch sales performance and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
Ensure effective inventory and stock control, including stock audits and variance management.
Supervise daily cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance with financial procedures.
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to improve performance and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company operational procedures, safety, and security protocols.
Monitor branch performance and prepare operational and sales reports for management review.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure branch operational effectiveness and stock availability.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in Retail Branch Management, preferably in electronics, consumer goods, or a similar retail environment.
Strong understanding of retail operations, sales management, stock control, and customer service principles.
Experience in the PNG market will be highly regarded.
Strong leadership and team management capability.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen with experience in cash handling and branch reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve performance targets.
Current Driver's License preferred.
