Job Category: Retail BankingKey Responsibilities:
- Operational Support
- - Assist with overseeing daily banking operations including account management, research, etc.
- - Assist with coordinating branch schedules, meetings and workflow to ensure efficient service is delivered.
- - Produce monthly reports for Branch Managers.
- Customer Service:
- - Assist customers with retail products, services, and transactions.
- - Act as the primary contact for customers requesting retail banking appointments, overseeing appointment scheduling and aligning customer needs with appropriate bank individuals.
- Compliance & Reporting
- - Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
- - Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed for exams and audits.
- Team Coordination
- - Assist Retail Trainer with training materials for new hire onboarding or refreshing training sessions.
- - Maintain and update retail policies and procedures as needed with Retail Trainer to ensure accuracy.
- - Provide leadership and support to ensure team goals are achieved with operational excellence.
- Administrative Duties
- - Maintain adequate supplies for retail department, reviewing orders and approving supply requests while also working closely with bank vendors to ensure cost, branding and quality standards are met. i.e. Brinks, Deluxe, Tipton
- - Maintaining records of all Retail equipment, scheduling preventative maintenance, ensuring billings and invoices are appropriate and accurate.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Retail Banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with banking platforms (Navigator, Director, Business Analytics)
- Project management and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
