
The Retail Back Office Specialist is responsible for implementing and monitoring commercial activities related to store management. The core responsibilities of the role include: 1) carrying out all the tasks and commercial activities related to the management of stores/retail, acting independently, if necessary, but always in line with the instructions received; 2) dealing with commercial procedures. They have an operational and relational role.
1.01 Offers commercial support to the Retail Back Office Manager
1.02 Supports the Manager in managing "transversal" commercial or interface projects with other company functions, supervising their execution, in accordance with company and Retail Management guidelines
1.03 Takes care of the drafting of reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing the data, in order to give input to the commercial network and/or the Retail Management
1.04 Supports the Retail Back Office Manager in drafting the reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing the data , verifying its correctness, in order to give input to the commercial network
1.05 Constantly updates its technical and professional knowledge, according to the indications received from higher level Managers
1.06 Offers support to Retail Supervisors and Store Managers in the selection phase of the personnel, starting from the collection of CVs to the sending of applications to the various area representatives
1.04 Completes any other tasks assigned by the Retail Back Office Manager relating to Back Office activities
1.07 Supports the Manager in the organization and management of training plans designed specifically for store staff, replanning, where necessary, objectives and actions in agreement with the Retail Supervisors
1.08 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and the improvement of effectiveness-efficiency of its Responsibilities
1.09 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
1.10 Promotes, adopts , develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
- Humanities, Languages or Economics Degree
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills
