About the role

Responsible for greeting and offering salesassistanceto customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.Assistin the execution of merchandising and operational functions that reflect that of Four Seasons StandardsPerforms/assists in other duties as assigned including, but not limitedto:fitting room recovery, housekeeping duties, preparation and participation in quarterly physical inventory, price changes, and shipping to guests.

What you will do

•   Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services and use this knowledge to build sales and repeat clientele.

•   Aware of all promotions and advertisements. Keep updated with current trends in the respective markets

•   Passion and creativity for visual merchandising

•   Enjoy meeting and interacting with guests; demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude

•   Maintain a neat orderly appearance of store facilities by cleaning, organizing and tidyingAlso requires keeping product sized and straightened.

What you bring  

•   Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.

•   Oral and written proficiency in the English language

•   Basic math skills

•   Prior experience in sales and customer service; luxury market a plus

•   Casual

•   The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
