
The Retail Attendant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the boutique to ensure exceptional service, optimal sales performance, guest satisfaction, and proper stock control are consistently achieved. This role involves assisting guests with product selection, managing merchandise displays and inventory, handling cashiering duties, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the retail area. The Retail Attendant plays a key role in delivering a memorable shopping experience, promoting the hotel’s brand and products, and upholding the resort’s service standards and culture.
