Retail Associate

Location: Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9-5, Temp to Perm ( 90 days to perm) some Saturdays if available for flexibility during the week. 9-5 Mon-Friday or 10-5 Mon-Thurs with 4 hours on Saturday if needed.
Pay: $38,000-$45,000

Schedule: Fulltime-Flexible hours

Work Location: On-site (no remote option)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Manager with inventory management, merchandising products in the showroom, maintaining accurate pricing and price tags on equipment, tracking receipt of parts, documenting updates in customer profiles, and assisting with general retail operations.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers with product questions and service needs.
  • Assist with equipment rentals, including booking hospital beds, mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, Hoyer lifts, and other equipment.
  • Keep the showroom organized, stocked, clean, and customer-ready.
  • Assist with transactions, orders, and basic paperwork as needed.

Requirements

  • Retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
