Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet fans and provide world-class plus service
Assistfans with retail purchases through Point of Sale (POS) systems
Assistwith stocking retail merchandise on sales floor
Assistwith replenishing retail merchandise on displays/shelves during and after games
Assistwith inventory of merchandise
May be assigned to work indifferent functionsof retail or event types as needed, including e-commerce, hockey games, concerts, warehouse, etc.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years old with high school diploma or GEDrequired
Must successfully complete pre-employment background check screening
Experience working in retail or sales preferred, cash handling skills preferred
Ability to learn andretaininventory knowledge so that you will be able toassistguests looking for certain products andutilizeknowledgeto upsellretail products
Ability to provide a fun and professional environment for fans
Outgoing personality and desire to provide world-class plus service to fans
Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional accuracy when using Point of Sale (POS) systems
Working Conditions
Must be able to stand onfeetforlong periodsof time, walk longdistancesand climb stairs.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in the English language
Ability to work in areas that can become crowded with equipment and/or people
Ability to work comfortably around special effects including, but not limitedto:haze, strobe lights, lasers, etc.
Abilityto work in loud environments
Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs
Must be able to walk up to 0.5 miles to and from designated employee parking areas, including in varying earther conditions and during high-traffic event times
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to work in cold/hotindoorand outdoor temperatures

Vinik Sports Group (VSG) is an entity established by Jeff Vinik to manage the three-time Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning (2004, 2020, 2021) of the National Hockey League and hold the leasehold rights to Benchmark International Arena, the 19,092-seat downtown Tampa home in which the team plays its games. The venue opened in 1996 and became Benchmark International Arena in August 2025 when the global mergers and acquisitions firm, Benchmark International, partnered with Vinik and the Lightning. Since 2010, Vinik has led a complete brand and business transformation of the Lightning and the arena, featuring a mostly private renovation of the publicly owned facility. Doug Ostrover and Marc Lipschultz joined the expanded ownership group of Vinik Sports Group in 2024, alongside Arctos, which initially joined in 2021. In addition to owning the Lightning and managing Benchmark International Arena, Vinik Sports Group, through TBSE, manages the Yuengling Center on the campus at the University of South Florida.
