Job Description

Assistant Store Managers will support our Store Managers with overseeing day to day retail operations and ensuring there is compliance to company policies and procedures. Assistant Store Managers take on a store leadership role when the Store Manager is away.

You will work closely with the store manager to ensure customers receive a blend of professional eye care and eyewear styling advice. You will strive to encourage a team that provides exceptional customer service and care to everyone who visits your store

About You:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing sales role, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • A natural team player who enjoys supporting and coaching others on the shop floor.
  • Able to work closely and build positive relationship with Store Manager to maintain a professional environment and customer service
  • Confidence in building genuine connections with customers and creating beneficial in-store interactions.
  • Has a positive, proactive attitude! You will bring energy to the team and love being part of a collaborative, supportive environment.
  • Needs to be available for the Sunday–Thursday roster.
