(Principal Accountabilities)
Analyze Store Performance Metrics:Monitor daily sales and service KPIs to identify performance gaps (target: 100% reporting accuracy) by extracting data from retail systems and preparing weekly dashboards for Centre Managers to drive informed decision-making.
Optimize Inventory Management:Manage stock levels for devices and SIMs to prevent stock-outs (target: <2% variance) by conducting weekly audits, reconciling physical stock with system records, and coordinating with the warehouse for timely replenishment.
Enhance Customer Experience (CX):Review customer satisfaction scores (NPS/tNPS) to improve service quality (target: achieve >80% satisfaction) by analyzing feedback trends and recommending process improvements to the frontline team based on real customer needs.
Ensure Operational Compliance:Audit store processes against standard operating procedures (SOPs) to mitigate risks (target: zero critical audit findings) by conducting monthly self-assessments and verifying documentation for cash handling and registrations.
Support Retail Marketing Campaigns:Coordinate the rollout of in-store promotions to drive footfall and sales (target: 100% on-time execution) by ensuring marketing collateral is displayed correctly and staff are briefed on new offers to Celebrate Winning Together.
Manage Administrative Operations:Handle store-related procurement and facilities maintenance to ensure a conducive environment (target: 24-hour resolution for minor issues) by liaising with vendors and internal facilities teams to Keep It Simple.
Facilitate Staff Training Data:Track team training completion rates to ensure workforce readiness (target: 100% compliance) by monitoring learning management systems and scheduling necessary refreshers for retail staff to maintain high service standards.
