About the role:

We are looking a ‘Retail Development Project Manager for one of leader global Technology company that acting in Turkey

  • As a member of the Retail Development team, you will support in the implementation of direct & 3rd party and retail development with the aim of ensuring best in class experience while respecting principles and guidelines.
  • Using established procedures and guidelines for stores/kiosks handle and complete a variety of concurrent implementation projects in a timely and high-quality manner that meets and exceeds the brand expectations.
  • Develop and own clear and timely communication of all relevant project information, risks, challenges.
  • Do site visit, support site selection and develop bespoke localized 2D&3D design.
  • Cost&Budget&Time Management, Costing follow-up (PO#, Payment Request) and Procurement for all retail projects.
  • Work with S.Retail Development Manager on constant improvement projects for market with group retail, reporting for all day-to-day retail project progress.
  • Work with Group Retail team ( Singapore, The Netherland e-meeting ) , Category team ( Turkey ), Sales team ( Turkey ) as well as agency partners to implement retail solutions with considerations to Dyson Retail Guidelines, Retailers challenges and approvals.
  • Manage, prioritise and deliver all retail projects on a timely basis, including prototyping, production, costing and implementation, whether it is temporary, permanent, shop-in-shop in department stores.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and cost sheets for each project, ensuring that stakeholders are aware of any changes. Drive individual projects through to delivery, resolving day-to-day challenges – involving the right people at the right time.
  • Support in demand planning, storage, deployment and installations for core in-store display system, plus all other projects as necessary. Maintain an up-to-date inventory list of all fixtures by market.
  • Support retail projects through all relevant areas of the business in regard to design, costing, production quality/details, and timing.
  • Develop and manage retail archive (Store Network Chart, Drawings, Photobooks).
  • Costing follow-up (PO#, Payment Request) and Procurement for all retail projects.
  • Work closely with Local Sales team in maintaining high in-store quality across all existing stores. Guide the Retailcare team ( maintenance team ) Touchup, replenish and replace parts and fixtures when necessary.
  • Quality checks and the resolution of any QC issues or installation snagging issues that may arise. Train contractors in meeting Dyson quality standards.

Key Interface COE (Center of Excellence: Dyson EMEA Team, design, production approval), Group Retail (Approval for all retail activities), S.Malls Management (Leasing managers, technical managers, marketing manager) , External Agencies (Local Designer, Project Managers, Factory managers, account managers), Channel Managers, Area Managers, PR & Marketing Team


About you:

  • Ideally minimum 5 years of Retail Project Management experience.
  • Being industrial product designer or interior architect with familiarity with seniority in retail projects
  • Competent in MS Office apps, especially in Excel for budget management.
  • English language at least upper Intermediate level
  • Detailed understanding of retail/retailers and the commercial context
  • Devise and deliver perfect brand experiences
  • Dealing with sourcing and overseas manufacture and the additional issues it may raise
  • Purchasing and negotiation skills
  • Clear understanding of the use and benefits of each material/process required for POP/retail environment
  • Attention to detail and problem solver
  • Ability to work on multiple projects whilst delivering on challenging deadlines.

  • Energetic and proactive
