Job Description

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

We’re looking for a Retail and Activation Regional Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of retail projects across Jellycat stores and partner locations. Working closely with our Brand & Activations and Retail Operations teams, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects, turning briefs into clear actions and ensuring the successful delivery of store initiatives, rollouts and retail experiences that bring the Jellycat brand to life.

You'll be;

  • Coordinating retail projects from planning through to delivery across stores and partner locations.
  • Managing project plans, timelines, budgets and rollout trackers to keep projects on track.
  • Creating and maintaining key project documentation, including resource logs, risk registers and reporting tools.
  • Converting commercial and brand activation briefs into clear actions and deliverables for internal teams.
  • Organising project communications, meetings and stakeholder updates across multiple workstreams.
  • Managing the ordering, allocation and delivery of fixtures, equipment, signage and display materials.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, contractors and retail partners.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and supporting solutions to keep delivery on schedule.
  • Driving collaboration across teams to ensure successful project execution and outstanding retail experiences.
  • Supporting day-to-day retail operations when required.

You'll have;

  • Experience in retail project management, retail operations, visual merchandising or a similar multi-site environment.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and logistical planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working across different teams and functions.
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers, partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach to work.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
  • Confidence managing project tracking, reporting and documentation.
  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional retail experiences.
