Job Description

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible to provide clerical and administrative support to the boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations

  • Follow the requirements as indicated in the Standard Operational Procedures.
  • Provide on-boarding/staff transfer support by coordinating with different stakeholders
  • Follow-up on all communications correspondence between boutique and office.
  • Follow-up on uniform ordering and fitting arrangement.
  • Responsible for boutique expenditure record keeping.
  • Support and participate in boutique daily operations and other ad hoc activities.
  • Prepare reports for the Boutique Management team.

Manpower Arrangement

  • Prepare monthly roster.
  • Liaise with Retail Office regarding monthly activities, training arrangements.
  • Update and monitor attendance and leave application record of boutique staff and report to Retail Office regularly.
  • Record overtime records of boutique team and update compensation off record on monthly basis.

Workplace & Replenishment

  • Liaise with external vendors and internal departments regarding boutique maintenance.
  • Liaise with mall management for any boutique daily operations issue.
  • As the first contact point for all issues related to Retail Support Office management.
  • Responsible for POS and boutique printing matters ordering and monitor the consumption and inventory.
  • Arrange replenishment on boutique, marketing and clienteling resources according to usage.

Person Specifications:

  • Possess a strong caliber in communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, patient and detail-minded, with constant innovation and curiosity.
  • Eager to learn and good team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in spoken / written English & Cantonese.
  • Mindset / Judgement on way of communication / code of conduct / professional manner.
