Job Description

To lead retail cross-selling initiatives to grow no of SA customers base, product holding & optimize revenue
  1. Develop and review  an end to end cross-selling program and campaign
  2. Engage relevant party(ies) or stakeholder(s) to ensure a seamless process flow is in place for each campaign fullfillment and execution
  3. Perform analysis & effective x-sell acquisition model
  4. Review  campaign effectiveness including no of conversion & cost
  5. Undertake system enhancement and/or new system implementation related to X-sell
  6. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor
