We’re opening the doors on a brand-new Adventure Kings store in Warrnambool and we’re looking for a Retail 12V Sales Manager ready to lead from the front and build something special from day one.

At 4WD Supacentre, we don’t just sell gear, we help customers build their next adventure. From touring setups to full 12V systems, our teams are on the frontline helping Aussies get out there and do more.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who backs themselves, backs their team, and knows how to turn product knowledge into serious sales performance.

About the Role

As the Retail 12V Sales Manager, you’ll own, drive, and deliver sales growth across our 12V and Refrigeration categories while helping shape the culture and performance of a brand-new store.

You’ll partner closely with the Retail Business Manager, sharing responsibility for total store success while holding full accountability for your category results.

This role is built on presence, leadership, and execution. Success happens on the floor through coaching, customer engagement, and closing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning the performance of our 12V & Refrigeration ranges
• Driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Lifting conversion, ATV, and items per sale
• Coaching and developing a high-performing sales team
• Leading from the front through your own sales results
• Staying visible, active, and engaged on the shop floor
• Spotting opportunities and acting fast to maximise revenue
• Supporting rosters, VM, and showroom execution
• Building repeat customers as a trusted outdoor expert

• Strong commercial mindset and sales instincts
• Passionate coach who lifts team performance
• High energy, fast pace, results driven
• Passion for 4WD, touring, camping, or 12V setups (or the hunger to learn fast)
