
The RCU Care Coordinator Licensed Practical Nurse manages and provides direct nursing care to residents. Coordinates nursing care delivery to ensure resident’s needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, policies and procedures, and regulations. The RCU Care Coordinator Licensed Practical Nurse manages tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered professional nurse, licensed, or otherwise legally authorized physician or dentist.
