Overall Responsibility:
Restorative Nursing Aides (RNA) are trained CNA's that are responsible for working with residents needing restorative nursing programming to gain or maintain their highest possible functional level. RNAs also give residents personal care and assistance in performing daily life activities. Provides direct restorative care and delegated formalized therapy tasks, as assigned, completing work accurately, safely and in a timely manner. Must be able respond to resident requests, monitor resident condition and report special care needs, concerns or problems to appropriate staff. Demonstrate excellence in customer service, interpersonal communication, ability to work on your own and teamwork.

SCHEDULE:
5 days a week with every other weekend commitment. (Monday-Friday is preferred) Hours are flexible within reason. We can discuss what your preferred hours would be and see if your request would fit within our Restorative framework.
