Are you looking for a hands-on role where your work truly makes a difference? At Paul Davis Restoration, our Mitigation Technicians are the first on scene after property damage, helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and storm events.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to property damage emergencies (water, fire, mold, storm)
• Perform water extraction, demolition, and drying services
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Document jobs with photos, notes, and updates
• Communicate with customers and team members throughout the project

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, moving equipment)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to respond to emergency situations as needed

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
