🔥 What You’ll Do:
- Respond quickly to emergencies (water, fire, mold, and storm damage)
- Perform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup
- Load and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in company vehicles
- Identify safety hazards and communicate needs to your supervisor
- Work respectfully and professionally in customers’ homes and businesses
- Support job documentation through notes, photos, and communication
🧰 What You Bring:
- Previous experience in construction, handyman work, or restoration is a plus
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Must be 21+ years old to drive company vehicles
- Comfortable with physical work, tight spaces, ladders, and lifting 50+ lbs
- Willingness to work on-call shifts (rotation includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- IICRC certification is a bonus—but not required
