Xtreme Clean, part of the Ambrose Construct Group, is expanding across South East Victoria and is seeking skilled, driven technicians to join our growing team. We are one of Australia’s most reputable restoration companies and a trusted partner to many of the country’s leading insurers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform emergency “make safe” works to mitigate further damage.
• Prepare detailed reports and quotations on damage, including content inventories.
• Carry out mould remediation, structural drying, and fire restoration services.
• Set up and use specialised restoration equipment.
• Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and clients to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain high Health and Safety standards.
• Potential for travel to provide support during catastrophic events.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend rosters.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in restoration (water, fire, mould) OR extensive experience in:
  Commercial cleaningCarpet cleaningTrades (building, flooring, etc.)
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative on-site
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and respond to urgent call-outs
• Valid driver’s licence (essential)
• White Card (required at offer stage)
• Police check
