What You'll Do• Respond to homes and businesses affected by water, fire, or storm damage
• Perform water extraction, demolition, and cleanup
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Clean and restore damaged structures and contents
• Document work and communicate with team members
• Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles

Most technicians reach full proficiency around the 90-day mark after working on multiple job types.
What a Typical Week Looks LikeEvery week is different because emergencies don’t follow a schedule.
A typical week may include:
• Responding to water, fire, or storm damage jobs
• Extracting water and removing damaged materials
• Setting up drying equipment and monitoring progress
• Cleaning and restoring structures
• Training with experienced technicians
• Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency response
Overtime may occur when larger restoration projects or emergency calls require additional work hours.

Requirements• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work on-call shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work overtime when needed
Physical Requirements• Lift 50+ pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
• Work in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas
• Climb ladders and work at heights
• Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments
