This position is designed to develop future Crew Leads through hands-on training, certifications, and real advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Perform restoration and demolition work
• Learn to lead and coordinate restoration projects
• Maintain job documentation and safety standards
• Prepare job sites and manage equipment
• Communicate with technicians and supervisors

What We’re Looking For

• Restoration or cleaning industry experience preferred
• Leadership experience a plus
• IICRC certifications preferred (or willingness to earn)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and willingness to grow
