About the Role:

• Undertake water, fire and mould damage make safe, clean up and restoration programs at different sites across Melbourne
• Conduct damage assessments and deliver cleaning, restoration and repair activities
• Manage damage assessments and reporting requirements through our CRM platform.
• Follow all compliance and procedures set from an administrative, as well as health and safety perspective.
• Manage communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

About You:

• Have knowledge and experience in water, mould and fire restoration or have experience in specialised cleaning hard floors, carpets, etc.
• Hold IICRC certification, this certification is highly regarded but not essential
• Are aware of demolition and construction principles
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Are physically fit
• Have computer acumen and are comfortable using technology.

• Driver Licence
• White Card
• Current National Police
• Working with Children Check
