SERVPRO® Restoration Technician

Primary Role:


Respond to service calls as needed and perform assigned production tasks in accordance with SERVPRO® guidelines. Support the Crew Chief and production team, while maintaining clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and facilities. Ensure all customer needs are met and jobs are completed to SERVPRO® standards.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

1. Executive – Customer Satisfaction

  • Notify Crew Chief of any customer needs or concerns.

  • Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Report any service complaints promptly.

2. Production – Jobsite Execution & Support

a. Emergency Response

  • Adhere to 1-4-8 job response protocols.

  • Be available for emergency service responses.

b. Production Tasks

  • Follow SERVPRO® guidelines and Crew Chief instructions.

  • Inventory and load equipment and supplies before jobs.

  • Set up staging areas and equipment at job sites.

  • Prepare job site rooms for cleaning.

  • Assist Crew Chief and team with tasks as needed.

  • Perform thorough cleanup at end of day or job.

c. Clean & Respectful Jobsite

  • Leave job sites clean and orderly.

  • Show respect for customer property.

d. Uniform & Professionalism

  • Follow SERVPRO® uniform policy.

e. Training & Development

  • Participate in training regularly.

  • Complete ECTP and pursue IICRC certifications.

  • Read MSDS and equipment manuals for safety and usage.

  • Learn to properly operate all tools and equipment.

3. Human Resources – Communication

  • Ensure clear, two-way communication with team members.

  • Communicate honestly, timely, and respectfully to support team effectiveness.

4. Production – Maintenance & Equipment Care

a. Vehicle & Equipment

  • Keep vehicles and equipment clean and organized.

  • Disinfect and inspect equipment regularly.

  • Complete vehicle/equipment maintenance checklists as assigned.

b. Facilities

  • Help maintain cleanliness of warehouse, office, and grounds.

5. Executive – Safety & Risk Management

  • Attend safety training sessions.

  • Follow SERVPRO® safety policies at job sites, in the office, and in transit.

  • Use all equipment and PPE properly.

  • Maintain clean and safe workspaces.

  • Report injuries or hazards immediately.

  • Follow SERVPRO® crew rules at all times.

6. Additional Duties

  • Take ownership of your role and responsibilities.

  • Look for ways to improve efficiency.

  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.


Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
