Job Position Description:With a ‘One Team’ mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our Restoration Technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our Restoration Technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service which separates us from our competition.

Responsibilities:
🔹 Be Reliable, Punctual and Dependable
🔹 Set-up Extraction, Drying, and Decontamination Equipment at Job Sites
🔹 Be Able to Work Independently and/or with a Team
🔹 Communicate Clearly with Clients and Management
🔹 Perform Water Extractions and Structural Drying
🔹 Remove Damaged /Non-Salvageable Building Materials
🔹 Conduct Fire and Smoke Damage Cleanups along with Odor Removal
🔹 Handle Mold Remediation and Biohazard Cleanups
🔹 Perform Demolition, Debris removal, and Post-Cleanup Tasks
🔹 Obtain Job Documentation with Mobile App (contracts, photos, moisture mapping, etc)
🔹 Maintain and Clean Company Equipment and Vehicles

Requirements:
✔ High School Diploma/GED
✔ Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Record
✔ Reliable Transportation with Personal Vehicle
✔ Ability to Lift 50+ lbs, and Comfortable on Your Feet
✔ Comfortable Working in Confined Spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
✔ Ability to Wear PPE & Respirator Masks
✔ Pass a Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening
✔ Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills
✔ Basic Construction Knowledge & Ability to Use Hand/Power Tools
✔ Smartphone/Tablet Proficiency for Mobile Documentation
✔ Flexible Schedule & Ability to Be On-Call for After-Hours Emergencies

Preferred - But Not Required:
🔹 Residential and/or Commercial Construction Experience
🔹 Experience with Moisture Mapping Software
🔹 IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, FRST, AMRT, etc.)
