Key Responsibilities
· Respond to emergency situations including water and fire damage· Perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup· Set up and operate restoration equipment· Load, maintain, and inventory work vehicles and tools· Identify and communicate job site conditions and safety concerns· Communicate professionally with customers and explain the restoration process· Follow safety guidelines and industry best practices
Position Requirements
· Valid driver’s license· Ability to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)· Experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred· IICRC certification a plus (training available)
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. with assistance)· Ability to climb ladders and work at heights· Ability to work in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics)· Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry equipment repeatedly· Ability to work with cleaning agents and restoration materials

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
