As a Restoration Technician, every day is different. One day you might be extracting water from a flooded basement, the next you’re helping rebuild after fire damage. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond quickly to emergencies such as water or fire damage.
• Perform restoration activities: water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup.
• Load, maintain, and track tools and supplies for projects.
  Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and clients.
• Ensure safety standards are always met.

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Willingness to work a rotating on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related fields (preferred).
• IICRC certification (a plus).

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Comfortable working at heights, in crawl spaces, or attics.
• Ability to handle repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable working with/around cleaning agents.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
