· Lead the jobsite. Coordinate water, fire, mold, and cleaning work from arrival through completion.
· Build the scope. Complete room-by-room inspections and capture accurate scope, sketch, photos, moisture readings, and job notes in DocuSketch.
· Develop the crew. Set clear expectations, coach technicians, inspect their work, and correct quality or documentation gaps.
· Protect the customer experience. Explain the restoration process, obtain required signatures, provide updates, and complete the final walkthrough.
· Control and communicate. Manage safety, labor, equipment, consumables, and same-day updates to the Restoration Manager and office team.
As performance grows, the Supervisor will receive structured training and stretch assignments in:
· Reviewing technician and supervisor scopes, DocuSketch files, and estimates
· Helping lead WIP meetings, crew scheduling, dispatch, and resource planning
· Building project timelines and labor budgets; reviewing costs, profitability, and customer concerns
Advancement is based on demonstrated readiness, sustained performance, leadership approval, and an available business need.
· At least one year of restoration, cleaning, or construction experience; supervisory experience preferred
· Valid driver license and a dependable, safety-focused work record
· Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills; comfort using mobile technology
· DocuSketch and IICRC certifications preferred; ability to meet physical demands and work some evenings, weekends, and on-call assignments
· Competitive compensation based on experience, with overtime eligibility
· Paid training, certification support, and a practical development plan toward Restoration Manager responsibilities

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
