Job Description

Restoration 1 is looking for an outstanding Restoration Sales Representative (Long Island, Queens, Manhattan) that will bring their sales knowledge and combine it with Restoration 1's values of honesty and integrity to create an exceptional experience for our customers. This will include presenting water damage restoration, mold damage restoration, fire damage restoration, reconstruction, etc. services and products to our customers, educating our customers, and providing various solutions to their home or business in the case of an emergency.

Responsibilities:

• Discuss property restoration and reconstruction sales options with homeowner/ business owner.
• Analyze problems and understand what tools and services are needed for the problem
• Create and maintain relationships with potential power partners in our fields
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Order Material and staging for new jobs
• Report documents of any problems and action taken

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of current regulations within the property restoration field
• Must pass a background check
• Good physical condition
• Customer service experience
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

Willing to pay the right salary for the right person!
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
