Can You Build Relationships AND Understand What It Takes to Rebuild?

Some people are great at building relationships. Others know construction inside and out. We're looking for someone who can do both — and who understands that the details matter just as much as the handshake.

At Paul Davis Restoration, we help property owners rebuild after fire, water, and other unexpected damage. We're looking for a personable, construction-savvy professional who can develop strong relationships with insurance agents and adjusters while guiding customers through the reconstruction process.

This isn't traditional sales. You won't be selling products or chasing one-time transactions. You'll be building trust, developing referral partnerships, identifying reconstruction opportunities, and ensuring projects are set up for success from the very beginning.

What You'll Be Doing

Build Relationships That Generate Business

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow our reconstruction business.
• Become a trusted resource that insurance professionals feel confident referring to their customers.

Put Your Construction Knowledge to Work

• Assess property damage and determine what it will take to rebuild.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and accurate estimates.
• Work with insurance adjusters to negotiate scopes and secure approvals.
• Ensure contracts, documentation, and project details are accurate and complete.

Be the Connection Between Customers and Construction

• Guide customers through the reconstruction process with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
• Partner with Reconstruction Project Managers to ensure smooth project transitions.
• Stay involved in project progress, helping resolve challenges and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Keep an eye on budgets, job costs, and project profitability.

Who We're Looking For

You're a people person who pays attention to the details.

You enjoy meeting new people, building connections, and earning someone's trust. But you're also organized, thorough, and understand that overlooking a detail in a construction estimate can create significant problems down the road.

Ideally, you bring:

• Construction experience and a solid understanding of building materials, methods, and reconstruction processes.
• A natural ability to connect with people and develop lasting professional relationships.
• Strong attention to detail when preparing estimates, reviewing scopes, and managing documentation.
• Confidence communicating with customers, insurance professionals, and construction teams.
• The ability to balance multiple projects, priorities, and relationships.

Experience with property restoration, insurance claims, Xactimate, or construction estimating is a definite plus.
