Restoration Manager

Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for emergency response and operational needs.

SERVPRO Team Warnecki is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Restoration Manager to oversee restoration projects, lead field crews, and ensure exceptional customer service.

From water and fire damage to mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, and other specialty restoration services, our team helps homeowners and businesses recover when they need us most.

We're looking for a leader who understands restoration operations, takes ownership of projects, and can manage multiple jobs while maintaining quality, efficiency, safety, and profitability.

What You'll Do

Project & Operations Management

• Oversee water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other restoration projects from start to finish.
• Develop and review scopes of work, estimates, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, and project profitability.
• Ensure accurate job documentation, photos, and system updates.
• Conduct work-in-progress meetings and track project progress.
• Ensure proper safety procedures, PPE, containment, and disposal practices are followed.
• Respond to emergency restoration situations as needed.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and support Restoration Technicians and Crew Chiefs.
• Assign daily responsibilities and establish clear expectations.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Coach team members and support employee development.

Customer Service & Communication

• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders.
• Explain restoration processes and establish clear expectations.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout every project.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of restoration, cleaning, construction, or related operations experience.
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Understanding of job costing, budgeting, and profitability.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Experience with SERVPRO systems and restoration estimating software is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, access confined spaces, and work at heights.
• Ability to perform occasional hands-on restoration activities.
• Ability to work in various job site conditions, including environments requiring specialized PPE and safety precautions.
