We're seeking an experienced and motivated Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys managing projects, building relationships, and seeing the direct results of your work, we'd love to talk with you.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple reconstruction projects from initial scope through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and resources to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and key stakeholders.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and documentation.
- Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Resolve project challenges quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
What We're Looking For
- Construction, reconstruction, restoration, or project management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with project management software and estimating platforms is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
