We're seeking an experienced and motivated Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys managing projects, building relationships, and seeing the direct results of your work, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple reconstruction projects from initial scope through completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and resources to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and key stakeholders.
  • Create and manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and documentation.
  • Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Resolve project challenges quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
What We're Looking For

  • Construction, reconstruction, restoration, or project management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Proficiency with project management software and estimating platforms is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
