Paul Davis Restoration of South Atlanta is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in driving top-line revenue, maintaining strong communication with customers and partners, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously from initial handoff to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance carriers, and internal teams
• Review estimates using Xactimate
• Ensure job quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the project
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
• Monitor job costs and profitability
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in RMS
• Drive project cycle time and efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in construction or restoration project management
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and repair processes
• Experience working with insurance claims
• Experience with Xactimate (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
