SERVPRO of Fredericksburg Restoration Project Manager
The restoration project manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. • Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects.

Position Requirements

• Effective written and oral communication with intermediate math and computer skills
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred, Xactimate® experience a PLUS!
• Valid drivers license required
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

Pay RateCompetitive salary based on experience. Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
