Restoration Production Manager (Hands-On Operator)

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Rochester
Rochester, NY

Build Something From Day One

We’re launching a new restoration company in Rochester backed by a national brand - and we’re looking for a high-level, hands-on operator to lead field execution and help build the foundation of the business.

You’ll work directly with the founder and help build the company from the ground up - running jobs, leading crews, and ensuring work is done right from day one.
Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in water restoration/mitigation
  • Experience running jobs independently from start to finish (not just working on a crew)
  • Proven ability to lead crews and manage field execution
  • Strong understanding of drying strategies, documentation, and job quality
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on role (field work daily)
  • High ownership mindset — takes responsibility and gets results

Preferred (Not Required)

  • IICRC WRT / ASD / AMRT / FSRT
  • NY State Mold License
  • Xactimate and estimating experience
  • Experience with CRM/job management systems
  • Strong comfort with mobile documentation and technology

Rewards

  • $32/hr + Overtime (high earning potential)
  • Ground-floor opportunity - help build the company from day one
  • Work directly with the owner (no layers of corporate management)
  • Small team, high standards - not a corporate environment
  • Systems-driven operation (organized, not chaotic)
  • Clear path to grow into a larger leadership role as we scale

Target start date: Late July 2026 (hiring immediately)
Open for business: August 17, 2026

You’ll join before launch to help build and run field operations, equipment setup, and execution from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Run water, mold, and fire/smoke restoration jobs
  • Lead crews and own field execution
  • Set drying strategies and ensure job quality
  • Handle documentation, photos, and job tracking
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters
  • Be hands-on in the field daily

How We Operate:Speed. Quality. Professionalism. Team First. Safety.
