This is a leadership position for experienced Water Mitigation Technicians or Crew Chiefs ready to take the next step in their careers. You’ll lead crews, manage jobs, and ensure work is done safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your skills and commitment will be rewarded with competitive pay, bonuses, and extra pay for after-hours and specialty losses.
Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform water mitigation on residential and commercial losses
  • Direct and support field technicians to keep projects on schedule
  • Operate extraction, demolition, and drying equipment
  • Take moisture readings and ensure proper drying techniques
  • Enforce safety standards and resolve issues in the field
  • Document jobs with photos, readings, and equipment logs using company software
  • Communicate clearly with project managers, supervisors, and customers
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on water mitigation experience
  • Current IICRC WRT certification preferred (sign-on bonus if you have it!)
  • Additional certifications like AHERA or Lead Renovator are a plus
  • Proven ability to lead crews and maintain quality standards
  • Strong focus on safety and problem-solving
  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record of past 3 years
  • Ability to pass a background check back to age 18
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and wear PPE
  • Available for rotational on-call and after-hours emergency response
