POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Restoration & Demolition Technician to support our mitigation team with water damage cleanup, demolition, equipment setup, and general labor tasks. No prior mitigation experience is required — we will train you on industry standards as long as you are reliable and strong with physical labor.

This position is ideal for someone with general labor, construction, moving, or demolition experience who wants a stable career with growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform demolition work (drywall cuts, flooring removal, cabinets, debris removal)

Assist with water damage cleanup and structural drying

Set up and tear down drying equipment

Move contents and protect customer belongings

Follow instructions from lead technicians and manager

Keep work areas clean and organized

Support jobsite efficiency and customer satisfaction

Participate in the on-call rotation once trained

REQUIREMENTS

Construction, demolition, or general labor experience preferred

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in PPE

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions

Willing to learn IICRC standards and drying procedures

Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$18–$22 per hour based on experience

Paid training and certifications

Overtime available
